Shipment update
Hi Dear Mopoint Backers,
Thanks for your patience and support for Mopoint.
Again, this is an update for shipment.
About the kickstarter shipment survey
We are collection backer’s shipping information via Backerkit system and till now we find out that still about 180 backers who haven’t fill in and send back your shipping information.
Can’t find your survey or email from BackerKit?
Simply go to https://mopoint100w.backerkit.com where you’ll be able to fill in your email address and have it sent once more to your inbox. Don't forget to use the same email address as the one you provided on Kickstarter.
If you still can’t find your survey or encounter any kind of difficulties, drop us an email at [email protected] anytime and we’ll be happy to help!
Shipping information missing:
1. PO BOX: According to the warehouse and shipping agency, we need the receiver’s valid private shipping address (PO BOX IS NOT ACCEPTABLE) and your contact phone number (Please send email to [email protected]). So some earlier backers who haven’t got tracking number please check the information you provide.
2. Brazilian Backers: For Brazilian backers, you need to provide us your TAX ID to help make the Customs Declaration, please send your TAX ID (CPF NUMBER) to h[email protected] , we will arrange the package after get your reply.
3. How to track the parcel after getting the tracking number
If you need to know the status of your shipment, here is how to do:
Step 1
The tracking number will uploaded to your order after we arranged the shipment and you will get a notification email with the tracking number. Click the tracking number.
Step 2
The page will jump to the tracking website, kindly note that you should click carrier onto 4PX when you checking by the tracking link.
Or you can directly go the tracking website: www.17track.net, type in the tracking number and track.
Please be note that the carrier system need 2-3 days to show the updated information after the tracking number loaded to the system. Normally it will take 7-15 days to delivery.
Recently we’ve got emails and messages from backers to ask about the shipment and delivery, we are trying our best to reply every feedback and maybe some delay will happen. Hope you will be patient waiting or send us again your feedback.
